Acoustic Systems
Monarfloor® Acoustic Tri-batten system is designed to reduce sound transmission through timber floors within a timber frame structure.
Monarfloor Acoustic Tri-batten consists of a batten bonded to LRAC foam, with a 3mm thick geotextile fibrous mat.
When installed as part of a complete sound reduction system it enables a timber floor to meet the sound transmission regulations of Part E.

Monarfloor Acoustic Batten, manufactured by Icopal Ltd, Lyon Way, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 0LB.
Install Monarfloor Tri-Batten in accordance with relevant specification clauses and design details.
