Acoustic Systems
Monarfloor® Acoustic Batten system is designed to reduce sound transmission through a concrete deck or timber subfloor. Monarfloor Acoustic Batten consists of a layer of LRAC foam bonded to a softwood batten.
When installed as part of a complete sound reduction system it enables a concrete or timber floor to meet the sound transmission regulations of Part E (see tables).

Install Monarfloor Acoustic Batten in accordance with relevant specification clauses and design details.
